Norfolk man convicted of dealing meth

Dillon Radic, 31, pleaded guilty on Monday to one county of delivery of meth in exchange for Stanton County Attorney Bert Lammli dismissing a second meth delivery charge. The prosecutor, as part of the plea agreement, will not make a sentencing recommendation. District Judge Michael Long scheduled Radic's sentencing for Monday, Feb. 2. On Aug. 22, 2024, a Nebraska State Patrol investigator, with the assistance of other law enforcement officers and a cooperating individual, purchased a plastic, bindle-style bag containing slightly less than a half-gram of suspected meth from Radic. Norfolk man accused of spitting on officer who was investigating theft

Norfolk man arrested on felony charges months after release from prison
